“My Business Was Valued” – Mary

Being my first experience purchasing a new car, Josh was so very patient and gracious. He answered all of my questions no matter how silly they may have been (i.e. reminding me that new cars don’t have blue book values about 10 times and doing so in a respectful way) and no matter how many times I asked the same question. I’m pretty sure we just sat in my car for about 30 minutes just explaining all of the buttons, and again, some more than once. He was able to guide me through this purchase in a way that allowed me to feel that my business was valued and not like a teenager buying her first car and not knowing what she’s getting into. The business end of the purchase was just as memorable. Again, not hesistating to answer all of my questions, more than once. Walking me through every single step of the process and every number. It still hasn’t really clicked in my head that not only do I own a NEW car, but I can afford it. And of course … car, Josh was so very patient and gracious. Once the conversation turned into my profession, teacher, the dealership donated $200.00 in teacher assistance money. I really can’t say enough about them. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in a similar situation. Their patience alone speaks volumes.


“Friendly, Patient, Knowledgeable” – Precious

When I went into Midlands Honda, I was greeted by friendly people with a warm welcome and smile and firm handshakes. I was greeted by customer service specialist, P.R. Mosher.  I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the different types of cars that I was interested in, and just my luck, the dealership had what I was looking for. I would recommend him to friends/family because he was nice, friendly, patient and knowledgable. If he keeps doing what he’s doing, he will bring much success to the company. Throughout my entire experience I felt very comfortable and was not pressured into something that I did not want to do. He kept me informed while the process proceeded. Overall, wonderul customer service. I give this dealership 5 stars out of 5.
